Wheel Size Tradeoffs

Options means tradeoffs. One wheel size offers better traction, however, that means more weight. Do you prefer riding 26, 27.5, 29 inch wheels or are you undecided? This article from Bikebrave does a nice job explaining the differences of each.

Once the standard size, they are less common now but can be found on some older or budget bikes fireboy and watergirl. They are generally lighter and more maneuverable but may not roll over obstacles as easily as larger wheels.
